The flagship: cold and room-temperature water with EnviroGuard ozone purification, a stainless steel body and copper piping. It plugs into a standard outlet and keeps going on your generator.
Message on WhatsAppThe T-12 does not connect to any plumbing: it takes in the air in the room and turns it into drinking water.
Air enters at the back and passes through a MERV-13 filter, which traps dust and salt air before it reaches the internal parts.
A cold coil turns the humidity in the air into liquid water, the same way drops form on a cold glass on a hot day.
Altitude Water's patented system treats the water with ozone, under software control. While the tank is full, it repeats the treatment periodically.
The water runs through a carbon block filter and a calcite cartridge that adds minerals back and leaves the pH around 8.1.
It is stored in a 26.5-litre tank and dispensed cold or at room temperature. When the tank is full, the unit stops producing on its own.
The Altitude T-12's output depends on the temperature and humidity where it runs. These are the manufacturer's values from 15 to 30 °C, in gallons per day.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30% | 40% | 50% | 60% | 70% | 80% | 90% | |

| 30 °C86 °F | 3.5 | 4.5 | 6 | 7 | 9.5, north coast reference | 11, north coast reference | 12 |
Reference for the north coast: 25 to 30 °C and 70 to 80% humidity, between 7 and 11 gallons a day.
Values from the manufacturer's manual, in gallons per 24 hours (1 gallon is 3.8 litres). The Altitude T-12 tops out at 15 gallons a day under optimal conditions. All of them vary with location and other ambient conditions: they are a reference, not a production guarantee. Before you buy, we give you an estimate for your site.

Production figures are manufacturer-stated maximums under optimal conditions. Real output is a site-specific estimate that depends on location, temperature and humidity; it is never a guarantee. The equipment performs optimally from 40% relative humidity upward. Puerto Plata averages between 70 and 85% year-round.
